Published 03/09/25We are delighted to announce that we will be holding open mornings on Tuesday 18th and Thursday 20th November 2025 from 9.30 - 11.30am for children starting with us in September 2026 in Year R, Year 3 (if transferring from an infant school for their junior school education) or any other year group (if spaces are available). You don't have to book a place, simply turn up! The Headteacher will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and our Year 6 pupils will take you on a tour of the school to show you what a special place Swanmore Primary is. We look forward to meeting you then!

Published 01/07/24Today Archdeacon Kathryn and Rev Nick were kind enough to officially opening our new school Prayer pod.Members of the Swanmore community, St. Barnabas, and the Methodist church also came too to celebrate the cutting of the ribbon!The members of the worship council will be in charge of activities that all children can explore, and the prayer pod will be open 5 days a week each lunchtime.Every child will have the opportunities to reflect, communicate, and pray during the school hours as the pod will also be open to classes throughout the school day.The spiritual journey of our children continues!

We are delighted to let you know of our forthcoming Open Mornings for new starters in September 2024.
We are holding these on Tuesday, 21st and Thursday, 23rd November between 9.15am - 11.30am. There is no need to book, please feel free to turn up between these times when it is suitable for your family as there are tours taking place all morning. We welcome any members of your family to join you for your visit to our school also.
If you are unable to attend these sessions please do contact us, and we can make a convenient appointment with Mr. Paterson, the Headteacher, or Mrs. Lamport, the Deputy Headteacher.
