Creative Kidz Before, After School and Summer Holiday Provision Survey

We are endeavouring to support Creative Kidz in returning to Swanmore to support families with childcare. Can you please use the link to complete the survey if you think you might access the morning/afternoon/summer holiday childcare. This will help them assess the viability of running the provision, so please do reply if you think you might use it. Please complete the form by Friday 29th May. Please fill in this form for each child attending Swanmore Primary.
