Summer 2025
2.
As a class, we googled the definition of grace in the Bible, and had a class discussion about God’s kindness poured upon us, even when we don’t deserve it. We thought about God’s kindness to Saul in helping him become a better person.
We then looked at our own world, and created a mind map of things we would change about it.
Our teacher gave us a post-it note, and we thought of a solution we could use for one of the problems, trying to think of kind solutions!

In year R we have learning about Rio de Janeiro, we looked at the Christ de Redeemer and the children thought this statue was beautiful. They said “Jesus looks happy, important and proud”. This matched beautifully with our thought for the week.
The children understand how important Jesus is and decided to re-enact him descending from heaven. They wanted to show how important Jesus is and how he has touched so many lives including ours
