It is an honour to take on the role of Chair of Governors of such an amazing and special school situated at the very heart of the village of Swanmore. I have to confess – it is a little scary too !!but I am committed to making a difference to the lives of the children attending our school. |

The Governing body’s vision for the school is clear – to make sure that each and every child reaches their full personal potential and that they are inspired to become learners for life. The membership of the Governing body includes, parents, staff, representatives of the church, the local authority and members of our community. Each individual gives up many hours to fulfil three key roles to the school : |

I believe we have an inspirational leadership team and a professional, caring and dedicated staff group. Combine this with our supportive parents and community partners and we have all the ingredients our school needs to give our children an environment where they can be challenged to reach their goals, know that their voices are heard, supported and valued and they will feel safe to learn.
